Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to my terms stated below. Please make sure to read everything!

I have the right to decline accepting any commission, as well as cancelling an in-progress commission due to any reason. Upon cancelling an in-progress commission, you will either be given a full refund if little to no work has been done, or a partial refund if work has progressed past the sketch phase. A refund will not be given if you are ultimately unsatisfied with the final product, as you are largely paying for my time spent.Payment
I will issue you an invoice, and begin after it's paid (please note that other commissions may also be ahead of yours). I will not accept crypto-currency, or any other virtual currency (i.e. DeviantArt points, Amino Coins, etc). If you offer exposure as a form of payment, you will be blocked on the spot.
You won’t be sent an invoice until the details of your commission have been discussed, nor will you be required to pay the invoice until I am ready to begin. I will only issue an invoice if I have one or no commission ahead of you, and you have one week to pay before I cancel the commission.
Currently I only accept payment through PayPal, but I am looking into alternatives.Deadlines
I am open to setting deadlines for a commission, so long as it is reasonable. If I miss a deadline, but the commission has progressed, a partial refund will be issued. If there is no progress on the commission and I have missed the deadline, then you are entitled to a full refund.
I will not accept deadlines shorter than 1 week from payment. Anything less than 25 days may cost extra depending on the requested commission.
If you did not previously state a deadline for me to meet, then I am not responsible for missing it.Turn-Around Time
Each commission type has its own listed turn-around time, which is an estimation of how long that drawing may take. If any challenges arise, I may exceed that turn-around time. If you’d like to ensure you get it in a timely manner, establish a deadline with me.
If you do not establish a deadline, and a year has passed since you ordered, you're entitled to a full refund.References
I will not draw a character without a visual reference, meaning I will not draw from written descriptions or mood boards. My interpretations may be wildly different to yours, and can be too much hassle. This rule does not apply to Option 3 (custom design) commission, where the whole point is to design you a character.
Customizable characters from video games like MMOs or RPGs need well lit and clear screenshots. Take them during ingame daylight hours, or in well-lit environments, and from multiple angles.
For Final Fantasy XIV characters specifically, if I have an active subscription I can meet in-game to take these screenshots myself. Alternatively, you may give me a list of the gear items you wish me to draw, so I can look them up in-game myself.Restrictions on Final Artwork
The artwork you receive is strictly for personal use, you do not have my permission to use my artwork for commercial use. This includes minting it as an NFT. I have the right to request a take-down, or file a DMCA, as you’d be breaching my Terms of Service. Exceptions include things such as video thumbnails and social media banners.
Please do not heavily alter or trace the artwork you receive. If you plan on posting the artwork elsewhere online, credit is appreciated but not required. I will not remove my signature from the final product, please do not edit it out. If it is too distracting, I will try to blend it into the art more upon your request with no extra charge.Adoptables/Customs
Any current owner of an OC/design I've created may alter the design/character or resell it, however the original artwork of the OC falls under the restrictions within my Terms of Service. If the character you bought from me was created by someone else, please refer to their Terms of Service instead.
Please do not sell an adoptable of mine for more than you purchased from me, unless you have accumulated more artwork for it or contributed to its current design.--You will be blacklisted if you do not follow my Terms of Service. This means you will be unable to purchase my adopts or commission me again, and will be blocked from my social media.

Notes for Pricing:
There is a base price for every option below, however prices vary depending on what is requested. Abundance of props, or very complicated designs, will raise the price.To add extra characters, it's 75% of the base price per added character.
Overly complex scenes for full illustrations, with heavy mood or a lot of action, will increase the price.

These options do change occasionally, I typically limit it to keep myself sane. If there is something you have in mind that doesn't match these options, feel free to message me with questions!Current Restrictions:
